Use of waste heat:
1. The front part of the bentonite production process has a stirring process, which requires a large amount of hot water (1500 tons per day). The heating of this part of the hot water is completed by a gas-fired steam boiler, which is generally started from normal temperature. The recovered waste heat can be used for Early heating of hot water.
2. The drying process is to heat the air from room temperature to 240 ° C for drying by a gas hot blast stove. The exhaust temperature after drying is 90 ° C. The recovered heat can be used for the early heating of hot air.
Waste heat recovery and utilization technology scheme:
1.
